Which procedure is right for me?
Now that we know some differences in the procedures, who is a good candidate for each procedure? ThermiVa® is much better at treating “functional” issues such as incontinence, dryness, vaginal laxity and sexual dysfunction. It does improve the external appearance, but to a much lesser extent than labiaplasty. If you have labial asymmetry or significant laxity of the external apperance, ThermiVa will not likely be the best choice. Whereas, labiaplasty may be an excellent procedure to address your concerns. During a consultation with Dr. Aquadro or our ThermiVa® specialist, we will evaluate your concerns and make recommendations on the best treatment for you.
